Holland Rotary Global Vision Team

In February a team of 5 people representing the Rotary Club of Holland went to Kenya and Uganda to see the impact of our past projects, to see our in-progress project, and to meet with Kenyan and Ugandan Clubs to discuss future projects.

The team reported on what they learned about 6 possible future projects.
  • A Sanitation project at the Bakaranda Secondary School
  • Water Harvesting for Kisumu schools
  • Sickle Cell Anemia clinic for Star hospital
  • Vocational Training in Uganda
  • Solar power for Engedi children's home
  • Pre-K/Kindergarten Classrooms for Kasipul Primary School

In the Kisumu and Eldoret regions where our partner clubs have worked the total amount of money spent was $165,400 which benefited 280,508 people.
